Robotic cell Erowa Dynamic

Today we are launching a new robotic production cell EROWA Dynamic, which is equipped with two 5-axis machining centers MAZAK Variaxis i600 and a workpiece clamping system of our own design. This is the third and most advanced robotic line in our production.

In accordance with the "Industry 4.0" concept, the robotic cell automatically identifies the product and adjusts the parameters of the operated machines. Thanks to these functions and the universalized parts clamping system, we are able to fully automatize not only large-scale production, but also single-part and small-series production of aluminum and steel parts, from simple workpieces to complex parts machined using all five axes of Variaxis machines.

The line is fully scalable and we plan to expand it for operation of up to five machines in the near future.
