We are testing a prototype of a robotic AGV system that we have developed in collaboration with our sister company TG Drives. 

The robot is equipped with our actuators, has 13 controlled axes, weighs 900 kg and can handle a load of 800 kg. It moves around the production floor on magnetic strips, which provides considerable flexibility and easy system reconfigurability.

Operational safety is ensured by two LiDARs that constantly scan the surrounding area in a full 360° angle and detect obstacles.

Once the last little " bugs " have been worked out, we will use the robotic system to operate several CNC machines, into which it will load special pallets with workpieces, in fully automatic mode.
